Meet Our Founder: Jeremiah Noll

The Poconos broker who thinks like an operator

Jeremiah Noll, owner of Investment Real Estate of the Poconos

iREPoconos exists for one reason: to help buyers and sellers make investment decisions that hold up after closing, not just on a showing.

Jeremiah Noll started his career as a math teacher at Pocono Mountain East. He was trained to think in systems, not guesses. In 2009, he bought his first property, and the “real estate advice” he heard did not match what actually happened once tenants moved in, repairs hit, and township rules showed up.

So he learned the business from the inside out. He managed his own rentals, handled the hard maintenance calls, built screening and reporting systems, and got fluent in how Poconos townships and HOAs actually work in real life. That operational lens is what shapes how he approaches buying and selling.

Today, Jeremiah runs Galvanized Management, a licensed, in-house property management brokerage overseeing 175+ long-term and Airbnb rentals across the region. iREPoconos is the sales side of that same reality: deals that are priced, positioned, and evaluated like assets.

Jeremiah’s Blog: Poconos Investment Properties

If you’re buying, selling, or already owning a Poconos Airbnb or long-term rental, this is where I break down what actually matters after closing.

I write about the stuff that decides whether a property performs or becomes a headache: township and HOA constraints, seasonality, operating costs, maintenance realities, pricing, and what I see owners get wrong over and over. Short, direct, and based on what we’re dealing with on the ground in Monroe, Carbon, and Pike Counties.
